A light and refreshing salad ideal for those hot summer days.

  • Ingredients
  • 3 x Oranges
  • 20 x Large walnuts, chopped
  • 1 x Romaine lettuce
  • 110g Crème fraiche
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions


  1. Wash the oranges and slice them thinly, without removing the skin.
  2. Separate the lettuce leaves, wash and drain well.
  3. Select only the pale leaves inside and cut the in half.
  4. Put the orange slices, walnuts and lettuce in a salad bowl.
  5. Add the crème fraiche, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
  6. Stir to combine.
