Developed by our in-house Michelin Star chef Jeff Baker, our artisan Chef Prepared range combines the perfect flavour combinations with our heritage breed meat. In this parcel our tasty turkey breast, with its characteristic dense, juicy meat is packed with our exclusive handmade stuffing and hand folded by our butchers into the perfect parcel, ready for roasting. This is a luxurious Christmas portion for one, enjoy alongside our tart Cranberry Sauce with Port and Orange to compliment the turkey and all the trimmings.
The turkey breast is carefully cut away from the bird, leaving the breast intact. This is then stuffed with our aromatic caramelised onion and plum stuffing on the butcher’s block, and folded into a neat parcel to lock in all the flavours ready for cooking. Sourced from turkeys ethically barn reared, the birds mature at their own pace without artificial intervention for flavoursome and succulent meat.
