These superior turkeys, raised in the heart of the North York Moors National Park, are sublime to eat. An older bird than most to bring you extra maturity, they are dry plucked to preserve the natural flavour which is further enhanced as the birds are game hung for 14 days to intensify the taste. Our Loose Birds turkeys are lovingly reared and have the highest levels of welfare. Each is hand picked to ensure ample breast meat, before being expertly prepared, leaving the whole bird intact and supplied with the giblets, for tasty gravy.
