Developed by our in-house Michelin Star chef Jeff Baker, this roast from our artisan Chef Prepared range combines the complex and gamey character of partridge with the full fruity taste of winter fruit and spices. Wrapped in tasty bacon, the different flavours and textures complement each other superbly, offering a rich Christmas centrepiece ideal for intimate gatherings. NOTE: May Contain Shot.
This roast is Exclusive to Farmison & Co and handmade on the butcher’s block. The partridge is sourced wild from the Dales, and with its characteristic gamey flavour, is carefully stuffed with the fragrant winter fruit and spice mix, adding aroma and interest to the complex meat.
This stuffed partridge is designed for smaller, discerning tables. The superb flavour is a result of the rich stuffing mix. Developed by our in-house chef, working closely with our Master Butcher Andrew Carrington, the stuffing delivers the perfect level of spice to complement the meat. Serve with roast potatoes, savoy cabbage tossed with walnut butter and cranberry sauce.
