Our Ripon Cathedral Smoked Gammon is smoked over wood to create robust gammon, with irresistible smoky flavour. The rich, porky character makes it perfect for serving as a centrepiece, as part of a buffet, or for use in deep sandwiches. Sourced exclusively from Yorkshire pork, this is artisan-smoked ham at its best.
This smoked Gammon is carefully smoked over a wood fire, with the flavours being enhanced as the moisture leaves the meat. Taken from outdoor reared Yorkshire hogs, this gammon is cut from hind leg of the pig, to give a good layer of fat, and the rich meat of the ham. This is pork butchery at its best, with the smoke enhancing the wholesome flavours.
