A prime joint of our Free-Range Yorkshire Pig Pork Loin created by our in house Chef Jeff, cured in a Muscovado sugar rub flavoured with Fennel seeds & fresh Lemon peel & Mace. This is a special roasting joint that once cooked produces succulent, sweetly flavoured but savoury Pork. This joint can be eaten hot out of the oven or can be left cold overnight to be enjoyed as part of a cold Boxing Day Buffet. Delivered to you fresh & suitable for freezing.
Inspired from the USA barbecue scene, the joint is taken from the pork saddle, boneless & simple to roast, the pork is dry cured over several days before being matured to give maximun flavour & tenderness, resulting in a sweet cured bacon joint.
