- Ingredients
- 500mls Fresh orange juice, chilled
- 400g Fresh strawberries, green leafy part removed
- 150g Fresh blueberries
- 1 x Banana, cut into chunks
Cooking Instructions
Directions:
- Add all of the ingredients together and blend until smooth
- Serve or keep chilled ready for use
Gaynor’s Tip: This can be frozen in ice lolly trays and makes a great healthy treat for the kids on a warm day.
