Introduction

These really are finger licking good and can be marinaded the day before for ease and even better flavour!

Method

  1. Add the tomato ketchup to large bowl followed by the honey, mustard, Worcester sauce, soft brown sugar and salt.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add pork ribs to marinade and mix well with clean hands to ensure an even covering of sauce.
  4. Wrap tightly with cling film and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
  5. Cook on medium/hot barbecue for approx. 15 - 20mins turning every 5 or 6 mins and basting with any excess marinade until caramelised and cooked through.
  6. Alternately cook on medium grill in oven at 180C, Gas 4 or griddle on hob using instructions above.

Gaynor's Tip: These really are finger licking good and can be marinaded the day before for ease and even better flavour! These can easily be cooked as a piece and cut after cooking, just allow a few more minutes cooking time.
