- Sieve flour into basin.
- Make a well in centre.
- Break in the eggs.
- Add half the liquid and whisk to smooth mixture gradually adding the rest of the liquid.
- Allow to rest.
- Select a muffin tin or a shallow pan 15cm (6in) in diameter.
- Pour in oil.
- Heat until hot in oven (230°C -250°C).
- Carefully pour in mixture.
