These four cheeses chosen for the Continental selection have been selected for their range and depth of flavours. The Taleggio of Lombardy is soft, mild and creamy. The Roquefort from Causses is super strong and powerful, our Manchego is taken from a matured whole baby cheese from Ojos Del Guadiana. Epoisses Berthaurt from Dijon (in the Bourgogne region) is not for the faint hearted - a cheese for a while that was banned on public transport!. Quince and Award Winning Stag Water biscuits complete the cheese board.
