By using only trusted suppliers who use traditional techniques coupled with high welfare standards so their birds plump up gradually, our poultry tastes how it used to taste, before the onset of industrial scale farming. Contrast this with factory-farmed chicken, raised in flocks of thousands in over-packed sheds, fattened on feed pellets and rushed to the table in six weeks.
