Best Lamb Shanks I ve tasted. - 17 February 2013
I cooked them in them in red wine and i was amazed by the succulence and the rich sweet taste.Just Perfect. A must in my meat box fdrom now on

I just browned the shanks then put them in a slow cooker with minted gravy and sliced onions and turned to auto added new potatoes and green beans 1 hour before end of cooking,the lamb really does fall off the bone and the flavour cannot tell you amazing. TRY these.
