Ham should be full of flavour and taste, though too often these days ham lacks real bite. Because we use rare and native breed pork, our hams boast great texture and real stand out eating quality with nutritional value. Our range of hams is the result of collaborations between our butchers and chefs, with cuts of pork specially selected for curing. As well as making for great centrepieces, our hams are ideal for light lunches, week day suppers, or deep sandwiches.
