A true chef-collaboration, designed by our resident chef J Baker to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, boasting a unique blend of herbs to match the rich, native breed meat. Perfect for mid week meals, or more delectable dining, this sausage is a fantastic introduction to our mission to keep our sausages natural, using traditional sausage making techniques.
A real special, and one of the most popular sausages we make. The J Baker recipe features our outdoor reared pork, which is carefully ground, before being mixed with the secret blend of herbs and seasoning to create the texture and taste which makes this banger so popular. Made daily and to order to ensure maximum freshness.
Let your sausages come to room temperature before cooking. Pre heat the pan with a fine film of oil, though not to hot, or else the sausages will explode. Don't overcrowd the cooking base, and cook through on a medium heat, until rich in colour, caramelised and firm to touch.
