A Brazilian Favourite - Now A Family Favourite! - 24 March 2012
WOW - not something I would normally go for and was a bit of a late addition to my farmison.com basket - but I am so glad I added them to my order.
One pack is plenty for 4 adults. My wife skewered them whole with rosemary twigs - slightly oiled them with olive oil - seasoned and grilled - fat side first - then turned over. Cooked medium rare - an amazing Thursday night dinner.
All the flavour of a decent sirloin steak. Great texture and a serious chunk of prime beef.
Come on the summer! Can't wait for the nice weather - these must be amazing on the BBQ.
